Nikki joined Pension Corporation of America® (PCA) in 2008 as an Assistant to the Sr. Account Manager staff on the 401(k) Administration team, where she gained valuable experience as both a Contribution and Distribution Processor. In Nikki’s quest to learn all facets of 401(k) administration, she acquired knowledge to work the trading desk and provided long-term back-up coverage for this pivotal position. Nikki’s stellar performance in the 401(k) administrative processing role, earned her a promotion to Processing Supervisor in 2011. Spearheading PCA’s processing best practices, she was promoted to Plan Accounting Manager (PAM) in 2012. With much success over a wide range of PCA 401(k) administrative roles, Nikki was promoted to Account Manager in 2017, where she has excelled as a Relationship Manager for her assigned 401(k) plans, by working on plan documents, annual notices, year-end compliance testing, quarterly valuations, and working with clients directly.

Nikki’s prior customer service roles in the financial services industry, provided the foundation for her knowledge base for the 401(k) Administration field.

Nikki’s success at her many roles at PCA has proven to be the foundation for her industry knowledge. Nikki participates in the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) continuing education courses required to stay current in industry best practices.
