Joy joined Pension Corporation of America® (PCA) in 2005. As a Marketing Administrative Specialist for PCA Investment Advisory Services, Inc. for over 7 years, Joy’s contributions aided to the success of PCA’s Advisory business. In 2013, Joy moved to the 401(k) Plan Administration team by joining the Compliance Team as an Analyst. Two years later, Joy expanded her 401(k) Administration knowledge by becoming an Account Manager, where she excels as a Relationship Manager for her assigned 401(k) plans, by working on plan documents, annual notices, year-end compliance testing, quarterly valuations, and working with clients directly.
Prior to joining PCA, Joy gained valuable industry experience working at Northwestern Mutual for 14 years, performing the roles of Compliance Officer and Investment Operations Manager.
Joy graduated from The University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Development. Earning the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), Joy stays current with her credentials by earning required continuing education credits.
