As Manager of Legal Services at Pension Corporation of America® (PCA) since 2016, Joanna is responsible for drafting plan documents, specifically restatements and amendments. Additionally, Joanna provides consultative services for clients regarding plan provisions, compliance standards, and other potential legal issues related to plan operations.

Prior to joining PCA, Joanna gained practical administration experience through her position at Great American Insurance Group. While working as an Intern at both Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office and at the law firm of Neyra, Mize, & Associates, Joanna established the foundation for her legal career in 401(k) Administration.

Graduating from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, where she earned her J.D. degree, Joanna was selected to be a Research Assistant for a NKU Professor of Law and served as Chief Justice of Moot Court. Obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University, Joanna’s stellar academic record earned her a full tuition scholarship from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Joanna’s education continued as she has achieved the Qualified Plan 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from America Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. A member of Cincinnati Bar Association, Joanna also holds license to practice law in the state of Ohio.
