Jamie Walpole's Bio Jamie joined Pension Corporation of America® (PCA) in 2000 as an Account Associate on the 401(k) Administration team. She has gained valuable experience by providing administrative support to the 401(k) Account Manager Team, processing contributions, distributions, participant statements. Client, participant, advisor communications, as well as exchanges among mutual funds, account balancing and customer service, have all provided Jamie with the foundation for a successful career with PCA. Promoted to Trading Coordinator in 2002, Jamie was responsible for the processing of buys and sells of mutual funds for all 401(k) clients, where she also assisted in the conversion process of new plans. With valuable plan administration experience, Jamie was promoted to Account Manager in 2005, where she has excelled as a Relationship Manager for her assigned 401(k) plans, by working on plan documents, annual notices, year-end compliance testing, quarterly valuations, and working with clients directly.
In the process of attaining the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), Jamie participates in earning the continuing education credits required for QKA designation.
