Dianne joined Pension Corporation of America® (PCA) in 2002 and has contributed to the success of PCA’s 401(k) Administrative Services in a number of pivotal roles. Gaining valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative and Assistant to the Sr. Account Management Team, Dianne earned the promotion to Account Manager in 2012. Dianne has excelled as a Relationship Manager for her assigned 401(k) plans, working on plan documents, annual notices, year-end compliance testing, quarterly valuations, and working with clients directly.
Prior to PCA, Dianne worked in the financial industry as a Compliance Manager for New England Financial, a subsidiary of MetLife Insurance, and a Retirement Plan Administrator for a local CPA firm.
Dianne graduated from The University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Psychology. In the process of attaining the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), Dianne participates in earning the continuing education credits required for QKA designation.
